Job Title: Sr Android Developer
Location: Boston, MÁ (only Nearby candidates as F2F is required).
Note: We are looking for Sr Android Developer with 10 Yrs of exp.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Android Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development and a keen interest in creating innovative solutions for our users. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications that enhance user experience and functionality.
Duties
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bugs, as well as optimize application performance.
- Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from concept through delivery.
- Work with external data sources and APIs to integrate various functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in Java and familiarity with Kotlin for Android development.
- Experience with Angular for front-end development is a plus.
- Knowledge of Node.js for backend services integration is advantageous.
- Understanding of CSS for styling applications effectively.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL for database management.
- Experience with SDKs to utilize device capabilities effectively.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Integration practices to streamline development processes.
- Ability to conduct unit testing to ensure application reliability and performance.
