We are now seeking a Plant Operations / Maintenance Assistant to join our team at The Ackerly at Reed’s Crossing!

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain our interiors and keep our outdoor spaces looking great.
- Assist with community events and keep resident apartments and shared spaces in top shape.
- Collaborate on inspections with state and local agencies.
- Assist in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2 years’ building maintenance experience (HVAC certification is a bonus!).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Experience working with older adults is a plus.
