Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise and customer service skills to drive business growth by promoting our digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their online presence.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track sales activities effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential customers.
• Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts to promote our services and expand our client base.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or digital marketing sectors.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in business development or inside sales is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals confidently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is advantageous.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
