Our marketing and advertising firm is in need of a talented , experienced and successful ad agency closer, who we call a Marketing Sales Specialist who has relevant experience working with a diverse client base. We are looking for a marketing sales professional with a hunter mentality that has a proven track record of helping clients solve problems, strategize, and the ability to close the deal. We are a steadily growing firm with a talented stable of sales professionals. Because of our growth, we need a sales professional to help usher us into the next development phase and ensure we continually meet our monthly sales quotas.

Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

• New account acquisition.
• 500 outgoing sales calls per week.
• Cultivate an ongoing sales pipeline.
• Participate in ongoing training.

Sales Consultant Requirements:

• 2 years experience in inbound/outbound sales roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of marketing strategies, techniques, and trends will be necessary for your success.
• Availability to work 40-50 hours per week depending on demand.

Compensation:

Commission with a salary draw. The commission structure is very lucrative. True sales professionals that know their ability and success with sales are excited about the compensation plan. NOT Remote. Must be in the Melbourne, FL area.

Full Compensation: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
