Position Summary

Create and schedule content for social media channels in a fast-paced work environment. Leverage SEO and market research to inform your decisions and drive results for your diverse client portfolio. Collaborate with multiple departments while working on real client projects to help the team grow!

• Background in Marketing, Communication, or other related disciplines
• A self-starter with the ability to ask questions and learn new skills quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, creative, and flexible, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
• Familiarity with social networking sites: Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more
• Familiarity with relevant marketing tools: Google Search Console, SEMRush, Jasper, etc.
• Generally socially conscious individual
• Interest in diverse client management and the outstanding ability to mono-task in a multitasking environment
• Create daily content for multiple social media platforms across different industry verticals
• Measure and optimize content based on analytics
• Completed certifications: Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, Hubspot Digital Marketing
• Assist in developing social media program initiatives to improve community size and engagement
• Communicate with the team daily to maintain awareness of updates and offerings
• Experience with Canva, Hootsuite, and other design/scheduling software is a plus

Pay: $19.50 - 22.00 per hour
