Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess the technical skills necessary to produce high-quality video content. This role involves working closely with Real Estate agents to capture, edit, and deliver engaging videos that align with our brand's vision and objectives.
Duties
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and plan video projects from start to finish.
- Operate cameras and other equipment during shoots, ensuring optimal lighting and sound quality.
- Need to have skills in editing, drone work, audio and video effects.
- Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Manage post-production processes including color correction, sound editing, and final delivery of videos.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and video production techniques to continually improve content quality.
- Assist in photography tasks as needed to complement video projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Strong understanding of video production techniques including lighting, audio recording, and camera operation.
- Experience in motion graphics creation using Adobe Illustrator or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset for visual storytelling.
- Previous experience in videography or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in video production is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
