DATA ANALYST

JOB SUMMARY
The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing our data systems and reporting frameworks, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess the technical expertise to automate data processes through advanced query writing. This role encompasses the full analysis lifecycle, including requirements gathering, execution of data activities, and strategic design planning.
YOUR Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an automated cross-platform reporting system.
- Collect data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the integrity and ongoing maintenance of databases and data systems.
- Collaborate with management to align data initiatives with business priorities and information needs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and further automation.
- Create dashboards, charts, and visual tools to support decision-making across various departments.
- Present insights and findings through comprehensive reports and compelling visual presentations.
- Support the development of segmentation, modeling, targeting, and testing strategies.
- Work closely with the strategy team to conduct competitive intelligence research and analysis, delivering insights to internal and external stakeholders.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong foundation in statistics, with hands-on experience in statistical software such as Excel, ETL, Tableau, Looker, and advanced data analysis using SQL.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R is preferred.
- Experience with automation processes in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Power Automate/Flow, and Zapier.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Ability to critically evaluate data to extract meaningful, actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into clear, accessible information for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science, or a related field is required; prior experience in data analysis or a similar discipline is advantageous.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms is preferred.
