Job Summary
In this role, you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our building through routine procedures and special work orders. Your schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete work orders around the community.
- Perform repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in's.
- Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
- Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair.
- May cover for the Maintenance Director during vacation periods.
Requirements
- 2 years of property maintenance experience preferred.
- Pride yourself on clear and positive communication with everyone you encounter.
- Self-assured and possess a can-do attitude.
- Excel at independent work and feel a sense of accomplishment after completing a project.
