Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Victor, United States. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.
- Complete work orders and general maintenance projects throughout the community
- Perform repairs and prepare apartments for new move-ins
- Conduct installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, and carpentry
- Handle painting, equipment repair, pressure washing, and basic landscaping tasks
- Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and inventory
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times
- 19- $21 / hr
