TABLETOP/3D RENDERING & CERAMICS DESIGNER!
This role is full time in New York City.
About the Role - The Senior Product Designer will work in the Design Department designing products of various complexities and aesthetics to support the Product Development Team. The Senior Product Designer will also work on additional projects to support the needs of the design department including production art and tech pack development, design resource organization and potential staffing and project-based tasks.
Responsibilities -
- Continued developing more versatile design aesthetic and format capabilities.
- Occasional Production art as needed resource-wise.
- Production templates for new complex formats.
- Assist developing in branding/marketing concepting.
- Assist in developing design team processes and organizing resources.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mentor and train junior level designers in both creative and technical realms.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, comp shopping days.
- Communicate with the manager on current priorities and when new work is needed.
- Demonstrate, cultivate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software.
Projects include but are not limited to:
- Product renderings for all formats in the tabletop and home decor categories
- Projects/products focused on tabletop/3D/ceramics (not paper goods or traditional packaging)
- Packaging design for products across all formats & categories
- Collection renderings
- POG renderings
- Packaging design for products across all formats & categories
