Job Description
We seek a Fixed Income Operations Change Manager to support US Treasury Clearing Change and Regulatory Compliance initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of Fixed Income, Repo, and Capital Markets, along with the ability to interpret technical language to ensure clear business communication.
This role will contribute to Fixed Income Operational transformation by developing and executing change initiatives that improve operations and regulatory compliance. The Fixed Income Operations Change Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Sales & Trading, Finance, and Risk to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Identify, document, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business teams and technology teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Solution Design and Validation: Propose and assess solutions, conducting thorough testing before full implementation.
- Change Management and Training: Lead process change initiatives, document new procedures, and provide end-user training.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong background in Data Analysis, Fixed Income, Repo, and Capital Markets.
- Experience in Project Management (PM) and change management methodologies.
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical language for business stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and escalate when necessary.
- Knowledge of Operational Risk, Client Money Protection, and Funding.
