Adecco has partnered with a commercial real estate group to recruit and hire a full-time Lead Facilities Engineer to oversee commercial property building systems in Baltimore, MD.Base pay range $90,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yrAdditional compensation types Annual BonusResponsibilities include but are not limited to : Overseeing daily troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections of high-rise commercial building systems.Providing supervision, leadership, and support to a team of technicians.Overseeing HVAC, boilers / chillers, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.Leading and executing service requests, preventative maintenance, and major repairs.Managing work orders, controlling budgets, and overseeing subcontractor work.Training technicians, overseeing contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety codes.Qualifications : 7 years of experience as a building systems tech, building engineer, facilities engineer, or similar.3 years of leadership experience.Experience in commercial high-rise building systems is required.Expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.Journeyman, Master Tech, or similar certification is preferred.Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), and alarm systems (fire, security, access controls, etc.).Our client offers : Base Salary in the 90k-100k range bonuses.Annual bonuses (up to $20k).Comprehensive benefits package which includes health and wellness plans, 401k with match, tuition assistance, stock options, and more!Generous PTO.Opportunities for career advancement.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeEqual Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Candidate Privacy Information Statement .
