Job Description:
This Direct Support Professional position involves working with individuals in their homes to assist with daily living tasks and support them in achieving their goals. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with others to develop and implement individualized support plans that promote independence and self-advocacy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care assistance and support with daily living tasks.
- Assisting with meal preparation, household chores, and other daily tasks as needed.
- Encouraging and supporting individuals in their pursuit of education, employment, and social activities.
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
