We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) social media guru to join our team part-time and help manage our clients' social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Create and post engaging, creative, and on-brand content across various social media platforms.
- Engagement: Monitor and interact with followers by liking posts, answering comments, and fostering a sense of community.
- Hootsuite Management: Schedule and monitor posts using Hootsuite, ensuring content is timely and aligned with client strategies.
- Growth Strategy: Explore and implement strategies to grow clients’ social media followings organically.
- Reporting: Track and report on performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
Requirements
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience: Prior experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
- Creativity: A knack for writing compelling captions and creating visually appealing content.
- Customer Service: Professional, friendly demeanor when responding to comments and messages.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks with attention to detail.

Compensation
