Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Support employee evaluation processes, ensuring timely feedback and documentation.
• Help develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate employee records using HR software such as ADP, Salesforce, or Oracle.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Collaborate with HR team members to manage performance management initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for various HR projects and programs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Skills

• Proficiency in employee evaluation techniques and training development methodologies.
• Familiarity with HR software systems such as ADP, Salesforce, or Oracle is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
• Experience in performance management processes and workforce management strategies.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
