Pay Range: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties:
- Responsible for the content of education and counseling programs for individual clients.
- Counsel clients and interpret to professional and lay groups the special psychosocial needs of clients by identifying needs.
- Conduct intake assessments as needed.
- Review and evaluate recent psychosocial health research and interpret it to professionals and clients.
- Perform short term counseling and crisis intervention as necessary.
- Prepare materials as needed or required.
- Coordinate with clinical, health education, community and other staff members in the provision of services to clients. Provide referrals for services needed.
- Coordinate with other organizational entities involved in services.
- Provide community service information as an outreach worker such as required.
- Maintain client files including weekly progress notes.
- Delivery services in accordance with ethical standards and code of conduct.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in a social services setting with adults with developmental disabilities. Experience with behavioral programs preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures, ranges of ability, genders, ethnicities, and races.
- Documentation of completed supervision CEU’s within 90 days of hire.
- Master's Degree and Licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or other related Licensure.
- Must be able to successfully complete First Aid/CPR and other trainings as required
- Must have current California driver’s license/insurance and clean DMV
- Must receive criminal record clearance through the DOJ
- Ability to utilize zoom and other HIPAA compliant video and tele-health options
- Ability to drive for work
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
