What You'll Do :
As an Intake Specialist , you will serve as the crucial link between The Advocates Marketing and The Advocates Law Firm. Your role involves connecting leads with attorneys for consultations, signing up clients for attorneys, and setting up new cases in our system.
Inbound Calls / Outbound calls :
- Receive calls from clients regarding their injury cases.
- Provide empathy and patience during interactions.
- Refer to other firms if we cannot assist with the case.
Connecting Clients :
Connect clients with potential attorneys handling their cases.Facilitate communication between clients and legal professionals.On-the-Line Documentation :
Document case details accurately while on the call.Ensure thorough record-keeping for each client interaction.Data entry in firm case software systemWhat to Expect :
Team Collaboration : You'll work closely with colleagues across departments and Attorney.High-Volume Task Management : Juggling multiple cases simultaneously requires excellent organizational skills. Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality are crucial.Time Management : Efficiently allocating time to each case ensures productivity. Bilingual : Spanish - Read, Write, Speak, able to translate.Customer Service Experience : experience in customer service is not required, but preferred.Computer Literacy : Proficiency in using computers and software tools.Communication Skills : Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and team members.Organizational Skills : Proficiency in using computer systems and task flows to manage and track tasks.Empathy : Ability to understand and share the feelings of others, particularly when dealing with clients.Attention to Detail : You excel at delivering error-free reports.As an ideal candidate for this role, you possess a unique blend of skills and qualities that make you well-suited to managing high-volume tasks.
