Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Client Support Team. This position works closely with clients, ensuring they understand the process, working with them to collect information, and ensure they have a good experience with our firm.
A great fit would be someone people-oriented who has a history of working hard for clients, appreciates the connection between details and client success, and is emotionally and intellectually sharp.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong rapport with clients
- Update client treatment records
- Routinely check in with clients to discuss progress and changes to case
- Gather, record, and file documentation
- Assist with property damage repairs and gather documentation
