Responsibilities : JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary and Objective
The Sr. RF Systems Engineer will play an integral role as the Systems Lead for multiple RF programs within the Advanced RF Systems, ARFS campaign. The ARFS campaign falls under the Blue Halo Space and Directed Energy sector.
Essential Functions
- Working with customers and the program team to define the System / Subsystem requirements to ensure an achievable design
- Operate / communicate comfortably with software engineers, designer engineers, and analysts
- Flow System / Subsystem level requirements to the different Engineering teams utilizing the JAMA requirements management tool
- Manage the multi-disciplined team to achieve system design, integration, SIL integration, and off-site tests
- Lead failure investigation, troubleshooting, and resolutions
- Work with the Systems Test Team to ensure proper requirement Verification and Validation methodology and execution
- Generate and execute a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
- Generate System / Subsystem ICDs
