Job Summary:
The ALL-GAS and Equipment Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team in Hartford, CT. As a janitor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in our facility. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team within a respected company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and office areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain cleanliness of entryways, hallways, and common areas
- Monitor and restock cleaning and paper supplies
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow a routine schedule
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Must be dependable and punctual
- High school diploma or GED required
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
