Job Summary
The Aerospace Corporation is dedicated to optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency through the implementation of state-of-the-art ERP systems. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support the implementation of our ERP suite.We are looking for a dynamic ERP Implementation casual to assist our implementation team. This part-time role is ideal for college students or recent graduates with degrees in data or information systems. The role involves software testing, data preparation and conversion, and providing general support throughout the ERP implementation process.
Work Model
This is a part-time position offering remote flexibility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and convert data from legacy systems to the new ERP system, including review and validation of legacy data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency and mapping legacy data to the new data structure.
- Support the migration of data into the ERP system, including testing and verification of imported data.
- Assist in developing and executing software test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure functionality and performance meet business requirements.
- Document and report testing results, including issues encountered during testing.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide general support and assistance in various stages of the ERP implementation process.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of activities and progress.
- Participate in training sessions and help in the creation of user manuals and guides.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, testing sessions, and training events.
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing, or recently completed, Bachelors degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Previous experience with ERP systems or software implementation projects.
- Familiarity with data migration and data quality assurance processes.
- Experience in software testing and troubleshooting.
