Our practice is seeking an on call Concierge for luxury aesthetic, wellness and skin clinic. The position is part time/on call with potential for full time.

As our on-call Concierge, you will be assisting our medical team with mobile IV appointments and pop-up events, while providing our clients with a warm, elevated experience. We’re looking for a kind and friendly individual who is passionate about the patient experience. The ideal candidate not only strives to meet our clients’ needs but also enjoys taking a key role in ensuring a smooth event and appointment flow.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming, professional experience for our clients from beginning to end
- Distribute and collect completed intake forms and consents
- Facilitate client check out and payment during events and mobile appointments
- Maintain flexible schedule for weekend and evening coverage
- Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.

Work Hours:
On call depending on practice needs (weekends and evenings included)
Compensation and Benefits:
The practice offers competitive compensation based on experience.
Job Type: Part-time/On Call
Pay: $20-21 an hour depending on experience
