Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a positive, energetic and customer service driven individual for our PRN client coordinator position. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the front office area. This position is for strictly for SATURDAYS in combination with an 8hr Monday or Friday shift. Averaging a set 14-16 hours per week and PRN as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Greeting clients, checking in/out clients
- Scheduling appointments
-Learning about services and products and explaining them well to potential clients
-Answering phones
-Handling cash and credit card transactions
-Keeping the front office well-kept and clean
Required Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
-Front desk/receptionist experience
-Customer service experience
-Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
-Ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of patients and phone calls
-Must be able to work weekdays and Saturdays
