Position Overview
As our new Aesthetic Injector, RN or NP, you will be responsible for delivering GOLD level medical aesthetic procedures for our patients. Working under the clinical supervision of the Medical Director, you will provide advanced injectables and skincare services, ensuring optimal outcomes through patient education and personalized care. You will also be responsible for always following established protocols and prioritizing patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients by assessing their needs and desired outcomes, recommending appropriate treatment options. Provide accurate quotes for treatment plans prior to service.
- Educate patients thoroughly on treatment plans including reviewing and having them sign consents prior to treatment.
- Partner closely with Aesthetician partners to create comprehensive treatment plans to deliver GOLD standard results, including preventative and restorative skin care recommendations.
- Perform a variety of injectables, weight loss treatments (if applicable), hormone treatments (if applicable), and other aesthetic services within the scope of your practice.
- Provide detailed post-care instructions to patients after each procedure to ensure optimal recovery and results.
- Automated patient follow-up will be deployed within 48 hours of patient treatment. However, in the rare case of an adverse event or patient concern post-treatment, same-day follow-up by the provider or a provider with similar licensing is required.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient medical records detailing all treatment procedures, elective products, medication history, and educational materials received. Eligible providers must prescribe, track, and document all prescriptions prescribed to the patient.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and preserve patient confidentiality.
- Learn and comply with all clinical and safety regulations set forth by national, state, or local government bodies executed through protocols and standards of care established by the Medical Director.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment. Restock supplies as needed and manage laundry duties.
- Stay current on changes and trends in the market while actively participating in educational programs and staff meetings to continuously enhance your medical and industry knowledge.

- Participate in marketing initiatives, content creation, and events to promote the brand.
- As needed, local travel to help with time off coverage for sister sites and occasional overnight travel for advanced training. Total annual travel less than 5%.

Physical Demands
This position may require the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, sit for extended periods, and engage in frequent standing or walking. Candidates should have good visual and auditory acuity, manual dexterity, and clear communication skills.
