Sante is seeking a Full-Time Clinician to join our new Regional Mobile Response (MRT) Team in Sykesville, MD. As an MRT Clinician, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop crisis plans, and serve as the on-site resource for clinical information and partner with all involved parties, including but not limited to families, friends, and community providers. We are seeking a candidate who is able and willing to work M-F from 4:00 PM-12:00 AM.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform on-scene assessments, clinical evaluation, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations.
- Effectively perform crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, and implementation.
- Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
- Partner with police, first responders, and other community agencies when needed.
- Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.

What We Require:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and at least two (2) years of crisis experience.
- Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.
