Key Responsibilities :
- Client Meetings & Presentations : Conduct face-to-face meetings to present products and services, understand client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Sales Development :
- Drive new business through regular and prospective customer visits.
- Demonstrate products, provide essential information (e.g., pricing, availability, and market trends), and complete sales contracts.
- Collect receivables in a timely manner.
- Market Research : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position products effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships, provide after-sales support, and address customer inquiries or complaints.
- Product Expertise : Maintain comprehensive knowledge of fertilizers, crop protection, irrigation supplies, and other agricultural products.
- Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing and product development) to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
- Reporting : Provide regular sales updates and market insights to management.
- Event Representation : Promote products at trade shows and conferences.
