The Foundry Group – Executive Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team in managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is essential in ensuring smooth transactions and providing exceptional service to clients.

Duties
- Improves and oversees systems including marketing, transactions, reporting and tracking, communication and customer service.
- Is responsible for giving access to inspectors and appraisers to properties as needed for rainmakers.
- Oversees the listing process including input to MLS and all related marketing.
- Oversees the transaction coordination process ensuring timely closing of all contracts.
- Maintain Lead Agent’s calendar and database
- Assist Lead Agent with marketing follow-up to sphere of influence and new potential clients
- Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
- Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
- Could be responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members
- Help communicate/celebrate our successes with clients and community via social media
- Act as a personal assistant to the real estate agents by managing their administrative tasks.
- Support event planning efforts for open houses, client appreciation events, and team meetings.
Experience
- Active Real Estate License is required
- 1-3 years of Transaction Managements experience
- Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
- Experience with calendar management and event planning will be considered a plus.
