Job Overview :
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This includes working closely with clients to assess their needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring timely and accurate service. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing you to work remotely for up to three days a week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and new business.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
- Provide insurance advice and guidance to clients to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Review and assess client needs, risk exposures, and opportunities for coverage improvements.
- Prepare and present proposals, and assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, resolve claims, and handle policy changes.
- Ensure timely processing of all documentation and premium payments.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior client service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
