Commercial Lines Account Manager Opportunities

The Agency is currently working with a client experiencing significant growth and is seeking to expand their Commercial Lines team with four talented Account Managers. We offer a dynamic, collaborative environment and are committed to providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele. We are currently hiring for the following specialized roles:


1. Commercial Lines Account Manager – Large/Complex Accounts


Job Summary:

This role will manage a portfolio of large and complex commercial accounts, requiring in-depth knowledge of sophisticated insurance products and risk management strategies.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling national accounts, multi-state risks, and intricate coverage placements.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service complex commercial insurance accounts.
  • Analyze and evaluate complex risk exposures.
  • Develop and implement tailored insurance solutions.
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers for optimal coverage and pricing.
  • Provide expert advice on risk management and compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with large, high-profile clients.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial lines account management with a focus on large/complex accounts.
  • Strong understanding of advanced commercial insurance products and coverages.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with multi-state and national accounts.
  • P&C License required, CIC, CPCU, or ARM designations preferred.


2. Commercial Lines Account Manager – Middle Market


Job Summary:

  • This role will manage a diverse portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts, providing comprehensive insurance solutions and exceptional service.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various commercial insurance lines and the ability to build lasting client relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service middle-market commercial insurance accounts.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with producers and underwriters.


Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in agency management systems.
  • P&C License required.


3. Commercial Lines Account Manager – Healthcare Facilities


Job Summary:

  • This specialized role will focus on managing commercial insurance accounts for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique risks and insurance needs of the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service commercial insurance accounts for healthcare facilities.
  • Assess and address the specific risks faced by healthcare clients.
  • Provide expert advice on medical malpractice, professional liability, and other relevant coverages.

  • P&C License required.


4. Commercial Lines Technical Assistant


Job Summary:

  • This role will provide essential administrative and technical support to the Commercial Lines team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of policy-related tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in agency management systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Prepare insurance documents and certificates.
  • Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems.
  • Assist account managers with administrative tasks.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance administrative support.
  • Proficiency in agency management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
