Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned commercial clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess insurance needs and identify opportunities for coverage enhancements.
Policy Management:
- Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate and timely policy renewals.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure accuracy and adequacy of coverage.
- Issue certificates of insurance.
Claims Management:
- Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor claims progress and ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
Marketing and Underwriting:
- Market accounts to insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.

Documentation and Compliance:

Qualifications:
