Now Hiring: Human Resources Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
- Hiring with Heart – Lead the recruitment and onboarding process from end to end, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and excited.
- Benefits That Work – Manage and evolve our employee benefits programs to make sure they stay competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with employee needs.
- Performance & Growth – Oversee our performance system and help shape a culture of feedback, accountability, and development.
- Staying Compliant – Keep us aligned with state and federal labor laws, especially across California and other remote locations. You’ll be the go-to for policy updates and compliance know-how.
- Being the Bridge – Act as a trusted partner for employees and leadership alike. You’ll foster open communication, solve problems, and help maintain a positive workplace experience.
- Shaping Culture – Help craft and enforce policies that support a respectful, inclusive, and empowering environment.
- Training & Learning – Identify areas for growth and build learning opportunities that help our people thrive.
- System Savvy – Manage our HR systems and payroll tools, keeping everything running smoothly and securely.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (HR or related field preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience supporting remote teams and managing multi-state compliance
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- HR certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are a plus

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
