Korean Speaking Customer Service Representative (No experience required!)

We are actively recruiting a friendly, professional, and bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Korean and English to join a well-established insurance agency in Duluth, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others—no prior insurance experience required. You’ll provide support to Korean-speaking clients in managing their home and auto insurance needs, ensuring they receive clear, helpful guidance every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for Korean-speaking clients
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding home and auto insurance policies
• Assist with billing questions, policy changes, documentation, and general account maintenance
• Communicate effectively with carriers to resolve client issues
• Accurately enter and maintain client information in internal systems
• Provide exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Collaborate with agents and internal team members to support client needs

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Korean and English (both verbal and written) is required
• Customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems
• Detail-oriented with a team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry (training will be provided)
