Job Opportunity : Project Manager and / or Superintendent – Jacksonville, FL
Are you an experienced Project Manager or Superintendent ready to lead exciting projects in Jacksonville, FL? We're seeking professionals who can plan, coordinate, and implement projects while ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and scope expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain project timelines.
Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to scope.
Provide updates to stakeholders, clients, and project team members on progress.
Guide, mentor, and support team members in achieving project goals.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
Experience : Proven expertise in project planning, management, and execution.
Skills :
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar construction software.
Familiarity with OSHA standards and building codes is a plus.
What We Offer
