We are seeking a Crew Laborer and Driver to join our Asheville team and assist with various hands-on tasks at job sites. If you’re a hard-working, team-oriented individual who enjoys physical work and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying/transporting materials, and assisting the crew on-site.
- Help load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized job site.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when working as part of a team.
- Punctuality, reliability, and strong time management skills.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Commitment to adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Competitive pay of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
