Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and market trends to advise clients effectively.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property listings and transactions, ensuring organized documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
