Responsibilities
Affiliate Partnership Management
- Develop and grow the affiliate marketing program by recruiting new affiliate partners.
- Negotiate affiliate advertising agreements and monitor affiliate practices for compliance.
- Implement incentive programs and performance contests to enhance affiliate engagement.
- Provide monthly payout information and regular campaign performance updates to affiliate partners.
- Work closely with compliance, legal, and leadership teams to ensure affiliate marketing aligns with company guidelines.
- Analyze affiliate data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across display, native, social & email channels.
- Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to develop engaging ad content that drives conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Identify new opportunities for scaling customer acquisition across channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with media partners and platform representatives.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience managing self-serve advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) preferred
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., TUNE, CAKE, Everflow, Clickbank) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in direct response marketing preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
