We are seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our growing team with an exclusive focus on Industrial Real Estate Brokerage and Investment Advisory Services. If you enjoy high-level conversations and sophistication, all our clients are C-level executives spanning every industry you can fathom.
This is a commission position with bonus structures and the best splits available because we sincerely believe in the law of reciprocity; the more you give the more you get. A typical day consists of:
- Advising clients on real estate investment strategies and equity optimization
- Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, representation agreements, and leases with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Researching market data and industry trends
- Methodically track all activity within database
- Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
- Attending networking and industry events
- Presenting market surveys and proposals to clients
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property values
- Educate clients on real estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients
- Coordinate property tours
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal articulation
- Entrepreneurial drive; self-starter; autodidact; insatiable curiosity
- Strong computer skills; innate interest in technology
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain relations with wide-range of personalities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Real estate license (not required for interview)
