We are actively seeking talented individuals to join us as Subcontractors with a Bath Remodel Team. As an integral part of our workforce, you will play a meaningful role in transforming bathrooms into sanctuaries—places of peace and relaxation—for our valued clients.
PLEASE NOTE: All hours are project specific. They are calculated based on the tasks required to complete that particular project. Additional hours beyond the project scope are not included. All projects are pre-planned, allowing us to deliver outstanding craftsmanship and meet our clients’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Experience: Strong managerial skills and leadership experience (3 years).
- Blueprint Literacy: Ability to comprehend blueprints and building plans to determine project necessities.
- Cost Analysis: Estimate and analyze project costs and completion times.
- Precision Execution: Coordinate and execute work activities to ensure accuracy.
- Materials Management: Ensure availability of all necessary materials for assigned projects.
- Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols, creating a secure working environment for all team members.
- Site Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites.
- Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with team members to refine and improve operations.
- Flexibility: Adapt to change and unexpected challenges.

Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for construction tasks
- Strong understanding of construction management and estimating
- Experience with plumbing and electrical systems
- Skilled in blueprint reading and construction site operations
- Knowledge of drywall, carpentry, roofing, and plastering techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.02 - $22.82 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
