What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hostess/Concierge position at The Alamo Range?
Looking for a energetic and self starting -individual that has experience dealing with high end cliental. Maintaining a professional appearance of our Presidential Club. Must provide excellent customer service to our valued members.
This position is full time only for individuals who have a desire to service and grow our business through membership relations. Will be required to organize and attend private events both on and off the premises. The ability to multitask while keeping a positive team attitude is a must.
Immediate hire with a possible salary increase at 90 days.
Regular Duties Include (But not limited to):
- Open and Closing procedures of the concierge sales station, lounge and range.
- Answering phones and responding to emails.
- Membership Responsibilities - Signing, Retaining, and Cancellations.
- Reviewing and Preparing Inventory- Snacks/Drinks for Lounge.
- Accurate and Up-to-date filing (memberships/documentation).
- Retail/Sales of merchandise (Eye & Ear Protection, Ammunition, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
