Sales Manager- Job Duties:
- Sales Manager makes sure monthly sales goals are met.
- Plan and participate in special events as needed.
- Sales Manager manages their staff from hiring, scheduling, and any discipline needed.
- Establish and conduct weekly sales meeting to include training for sales staff.
Sales Manager- Qualifications:
- Sales Manager should have at least one year in a managerial sales position, 2-3 years preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales Manager must be able to motivate their team to ensure goals are met.
