PROJECT MANAGER I, II
Reports to : Chief Operations Officer
Status : Regular, Full-time, Exempt
Location : Anchorage, AK
JOB SUMMARY : The Project Manager oversees the planning, development, and execution of Aleut corporate projects. They coordinate efforts across various departments.
This is a two (2) level job progression where the Project Manager is directly responsible for progressively more accountability and independent work responsibility. Progression will be assessed based on their ability, capability and execution. Progression between job levels is based on prior assignment performance and the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more accountability.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and lead cross-functional project teams for effective collaboration and execution.
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Coordinate with department stakeholders to meet project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate and interface with vendor resources for project planning, execution and post-completion support handoff.
- Take proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery using forecasting and tracking tools.
- Facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis meetings.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and standardizing processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
