Summary
We are looking for a dependable and reliable Summer Camp Pre-K Teacher. Our Lead Teachers have at least a year of experience as a Preschool Teacher, are at least 18 years of age or older and have a CDA or higher education. Our Assistant Teachers have at least 6 months of experience as a Preschool Teacher and are at least 18 years of age or older.
Our Summer Camp Pre-K Teachers encourage our students' curiosity to learn. We are seeking passionate educators who will provide learning experiences that foster intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development for each of our students. Our goal is to provide high-quality learning experiences that challenge each child through innovative lessons and developmentally appropriate practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth.
Create a fun and safe learning environment.
Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress.
Maintain the health and safety of all students.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
Passionate about working with children
Ability to build rapport with children and parents
Positive and patient demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A CDA or higher in an education field or related field
Must come to work and be dependable and reliable.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
