This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff at The Alexander in Indianapolis, IN. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication, and computer literacy. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, answering inquiries, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service.
