The Alinea Group is bringing our world-class dining experience to new cities, and we’re looking to connect with talented hospitality professionals who may be interested in joining us.
We will be hosting pop-up operations in Beverly Hills, CA, Brooklyn, NY, and Miami, FL, and are gathering a pool of potential candidates to assist with these temporary events. If you live in or near one of these cities and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!
Front-of-House (FOH)
Roles: Service Porters, Food Runners, Servers, and Captains
General Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service in a high-paced, fine-dining environment
- Maintain strong menu knowledge to guide guests through the dining experience
- Work efficiently with the team to ensure smooth service and a seamless guest experience
- Uphold The Alinea Group’s standards for hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of service as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or high-volume hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic event setting
- Availability to work during the duration of the pop-up in your city
- A passion for hospitality and delivering world-class service
