The Alinea Group is bringing our world-class dining experience to new cities, and we’re looking to connect with talented hospitality professionals who may be interested in joining us.
We will be hosting pop-up operations in Beverly Hills, CA, Brooklyn, NY, and Miami, FL , and are gathering a pool of potential candidates to assist with these temporary events. If you live in or near one of these cities and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!
Support Roles
Roles : Dishwashers, BOH Porters
General Responsibilities :
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dish areas
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all serviceware is properly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries, stocking supplies, and waste disposal
- Support BOH operations by ensuring workstations are clean and stocked
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup at the end of service
