Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers to customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales techniques to increase revenue
- Must be at least 21 years old
