As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. *Responsibilities*
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety and handling standards.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and appreciated.
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
