Successful construction operations business near Columbia is seeking a Controller to join their team. Celebrating over 25 years of business, this organization is stable and poised for growth.
Working closely with the CFO and CEO, the Controller will own the monthly accounting close process, annual audit, and will guide 4 employees who manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Continued upward mobility and mentorship to be expected for high performers as the organization has aggressive growth targets.
This role will work mostly on-site, with flexibility to work from home 1 day/wk once trained.
Requirements:
- CPA
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or equivalent field of study)
- 5-10 years experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Construction industry experience gained from public or corporate accounting
- Ability to work mostly on-site
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
