Key Responsibilities:
- Provide indispensable counsel to senior leaders, influencing critical financial decisions and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Craft and execute financial strategies, leveraging predictive analytics and data-driven approaches. Effectively communicate plans to both internal stakeholders and board members, fostering collaborative decision-making processes.
- Investment Decision Support: Participate actively in strategic investment discussions, offering informed recommendations to facilitate business growth. Champion alternative approaches and drive accountability for investment outcomes.
- Influence and drive decisions related to the P&L, diligently steering the organization towards its financial commitments. Implement corrective measures and adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, driving financial competency and operational efficiency. Drives financial competency, capability, and robust control across the function.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data by reviewing, developing, and implementing robust financial policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with leadership to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.
- Generate regular financial reports and present them to executive management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor cash flow positions and ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or finance or accounting degree
- 7-10 years of relevant FP&A experience
- 2 years experience working for a private equity owned company required
- Large company experience preferred
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
