What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Analyst position at The Alliance Group?
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with FP&A team and other business units to develop monthly financial forecasts incorporating current business trends and strategies.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager on developing new and update financial reporting and analysis models.
- Work alongside the Operations business unit to analyze budgets.
- Develop financial analysis models across the US and collaborate with Operations to review operational insights.
- Gather information, compile data, and perform analysis to evaluate business financial performance and processes, focusing on
- Creating and maintaining financial and analytical models for the business.
- Ensuring governance of business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Delivering monthly management profit and loss (P&L) statements and variance analysis.
- Conducting financial analysis and tracking the core performance of the business.
- -Providing financial input and guidance to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform a wide range of analyses on costs, revenue, and margins by customer, segment, and region.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support financial projects as directed by leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting or Economics
- MBA is a plus
- Advanced level of experience and ability to leverage advanced functionality of Microsoft Excel
- 4-7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis is required.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
